| 内容記述 | グローバルな舞台で活躍できる人材の育成が重要性を増す中、多摩大学グローバルスタディーズ学部では、全学生の海外訪問の機会の設定を目指している。本研究は、海外渡航プログラム増設に向けて、海外研修の新たな可能性を探索すべく、教員のアセットを活用した台湾研修プログラムを実施する。本研究の目的は、設計した台湾研修プログラムの記録、研修効果の測定、効果の可視化である。夏休みに6 泊7 日で台湾研修を行い、プログラムの設計、準備、運営、課題と留意点について記録した。研修におけるジェネリックスキルの成長を測定するため、「旅と学びの汎用ツール」と「IDGs 指標」の2 つのツールを用いて、研修前後で参加者のジェネリックスキルの変化を測定し、参加者個々の変化、成長を示した。今後の課題は、本プログラムの改善とさらなる海外研修プログラムの探究、プログラム全体の効果測定と可視化である。 | |||||||||||||

| 内容記述 | With the increasing importance of fostering globally active human resources, the School of Global Studies, Tama University, aims to provide opportunities for all students to visit abroad. This study will implement a training program in Taiwan to develop generic skills by leveraging faculty resources to explore new possibilities for overseas training. The purpose of this study is to document the program, measure the effectiveness of the training, and visualize the effects. The training program in Taiwan was conducted, and we documented the program design, preparation, operation, and considerations. To measure the growth of generic skills in the training, two tools, the Travel and Learning Generic Tool and the IDGs Indicators, were used to measure changes in participants' generic skills before and after the training. The results indicated changes and growth for each participant. Future research will focus on improving the Taiwan program, exploring additional overseas training opportunities, and measuring and visualizing the program's overall effectiveness. | |||||||||||||
