| 内容記述 | 本稿では、学校いじめ対策組織に関する学術的研究の動向を明らかにし、その上で、同組織の構成と運用にかかわる研究上の課題を導出することを目的とした。先行研究を整理した結果、次の２点が明らかになった。第一に、学校いじめ対策組織に着眼した学術的研究の蓄積は乏しい状況にある。そえゆえ、当該組織がどのような形で学校現場に定着してきているのか、その構成や運用の実態を明らかにしていく必要がある。第二に、今後、学校いじめ対策組織への外部専門家の活用を検討していく上では、外部専門家の「勤務形態」や「外部性の保持と内部性の獲得のバランス」等の論点を含める必要があると考えられる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purposes of this study were to identify trends in academic research on the Organization for Measures for the Prevention, etc., of Bullying at Schools and to elucidate research issues related to the organization’s structure and operation. As a result of reviewing the previous studies, the following two points were identified. First, the accumulation of academic research focusing on the Organization for Measures for the Prevention, etc. of Bullying at Schools is scarce. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify how the organization has been established in schools, its structure, and its operation. Second, in considering the employment of external experts in the Organization for Measures for the Prevention, etc. of Bullying at Schools, it is necessary to include issues such as their “working style” and “balance between maintaining externalities and gaining internalities”. |
