| 内容記述 | 本稿では，サムスン半導体の形成過程ひいては躍進する姿を観察し，① 「新々貿易理論」が，かつての「比較優位論」では説明すらできなかった「後発開発途上国が工業製品を輸出しているのはなぜか？」を解き明かすのに最も適切な理論であることを明らかにした．すなわち，サムスンの登場・躍進への検証によって，「生産性の高い企業のみが，輸出に要する大きな固定費用をまかなうほどの利潤を得ることができる」といった「新々貿易理論」の正当性が証明できたのである．また，①サムスンは「皇帝経営」，② サムスンの「経営者の単独専行が特色である」などのサムスンに対する既存観・「偏見」または先入観を払拭することができた． | |||||

| 内容記述 | The purpose of this paper is for making clear that ‘the Melitz Model’ was the most appropriate theory to solve “Why is it that underdeveloped country can export industrial products?” which the former ‘the principle of comparative advantage’ could not have explained. Consequently, this paper will prove the legitimacy of "The Melitz Model" that demonstrate "only high productivity companies can earn profits enough to cover large fixed expenses required for exports", by verifying Samsung's emergence and developmental process. Furthermore for abolishing prejudices as well as bias against Samsung in Japan such as “Samsung is Emperor Management,” by observing the formation process and developmental process of Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd.. | |||||
