| 内容記述 | In general, it is said that the small and medium sized businesses have difficulty in employing the labor force, and that they are also suffering from a labor shortage constantly. The reason is that there exist some mismatches among labor markets, especially between the employment market of large companies and that of small and medium sized companies. The persons who want to get jobs desire to work in large companies, then small and medium sized companies suffer. In the Tama area in Japan, however, even the small companies can employ labor force easily. The mismatching among the labor markets does not occur. In this area the actual situation of employment by small and medium sized businesses is unique. | |||||
