This article is a report on a research concerning career educational needs for glocal business personnel conducted by a team of professors from Tama University School of Management of Information Science and School of Global Studies. The report mentions briefly the current situation of the School of Global Studies which focuses on 2020 Tokyo Olympic and Paralympic games, and approach of the research. Secondly, Takeuchi explains the research perspective on the possibilities of the traditional handicraft industry. Thirdly, Yasuda/Shang analyzes the possibilities of Third Culture Kids/Adults in glocal business, especially as those understanding two or more cultures and languages. Lastly, some issues in this study will be discussed for future research.},
