Therefore, this paper aims to research and evaluate the case of the decision making method which was applied to the strategy establishing process. Furthermore, advantages and disadvantages including problems to apply strategy establishing process was evaluated, for decision making method including scenario planning, roadmap methods, mathematical modeling and simulation, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), and the Delphi method.
